   An expression used to indicate that it is natural for something to occur or become a certain state.

   어떤 일이 일어나거나 어떤 상태가 되는 것이 당연함을 나타내는 표현.

   ※ ‘이다’, 동사와 형용사 또는 ‘-으시-’ 뒤에 붙여 쓴다.

• 작은 일이라고 감추다 보면 점점 더 비밀이 커지게 마련이다.

  If you keep hiding something just because it's small, the secret is bound to grow bigger and bigger.

• 모든 것은 좋은 게 있으면 나쁜 것도 있게 마련입니다.
