    (informal addressee-lowering) A sentence-final ending used when the speaker promises or notifies the listener that he/she will do something.

    (두루낮춤으로) 말하는 사람이 어떤 행동을 할 것을 듣는 사람에게 약속하거나 의지를 나타내는 종결 어미.

    ※ 주로 구어에서 쓴다.

  • 너희와 함께한 시간들을 잊지 않을게.

    I won't forget the time we spent together.

  • 형이 작아서 못 입는 옷은 내가 입을게.

    I'll be right back, don't go far. Don't worry. I'll wait here until you come back.

  • 오늘 점심은 내가 살게.
