Attaches to a verb of movement in present-tense form to describe something that happens incidentally while going somewhere, sharing the same trip or errand.
Examples
퇴근하는 길에 마트에 들러서 우유를 샀어요.
On my way home from work, I stopped by the mart and bought milk.
학교에 가는 길에 우연히 옛 친구를 만났다.
On my way to school, I ran into an old friend by chance.
산책하는 길에 편의점에서 커피를 한 잔 샀어요.
While out for a walk, I bought a cup of coffee at the convenience store.
