on top of ~ing / in addition to
Attaches to a verb stem (or -은 for an adjective) to add a second fact that compounds the first, usually in the same positive or negative direction; often followed by 가 for emphasis.
Examples
비가 오는 데다가 바람까지 심하게 불었다.
On top of it raining, the wind was also blowing hard.
그 식당은 맛있는 데다 가격도 저렴해요.
That restaurant is delicious, and on top of that, it's also cheap.
일이 많은 데다 시간까지 부족해서 힘들었다.
On top of having a lot of work, I also lacked time, so it was hard.
