to be ~ing (honorific)
The honorific counterpart of -고 있다; attaches to a verb stem to describe an ongoing action of someone the speaker respects, such as an elder, teacher, or customer.
Examples
할머니께서 거실에서 텔레비전을 보고 계세요.
Grandmother is watching TV in the living room.
사장님은 지금 회의실에서 손님을 만나고 계십니다.
The president is currently meeting a guest in the meeting room.
선생님께서 교실에서 학생들을 기다리고 계셨다.
The teacher was waiting for the students in the classroom.
