Attaches to a verb stem to mean either that an action is physically easy to do, or that a certain often-undesirable result is likely; context distinguishes the two meanings.

Examples

  • 이 요리법은 따라 하기 쉬워요.

    This recipe is easy to follow.

  • 밤에 운전하면 졸기 쉬우니까 조심하세요.

    Driving at night makes it easy to doze off, so be careful.
